Passed away Thursday afternoon, August 19, 2004. Jerry was born April 21, 1943 in Kalamazoo, the son of Theodore and Ida (Courtney) Klinger, and had been a lifelong resident in the Kalamazoo area. Jerry was a former member of the Westwood Church of God, and enjoyed working on cars. He was preceded in death by his father; and a brother, Ted. He is survived by his daughter, Tracy of Arizona; 2 grandchildren; his mother, Ida Klinger and Dennis Andruson of Kalamazoo; a brother, Fred Klinger of Kalamazoo; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held 1:00 o'clock Wednesday at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 South 9th St. with Rev. Jim Dyke officiating. Friends may meet the family Wednesday from 12:00-1:00 at the chapel. Private interment will be in Mt. Ever-Rest Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Westwood Church of God. www.langelands.com
