Passed away November 12, 2003 at Rose Arbor Hospice in Kalamazoo. Richard was born June 29, 1943 in Oak Ridge, TN, the son of Brooke and Ruth (Dalm) Aspergren. Surviving are a son, Richard and Susan Alger of Santa Ana, CA; a daughter, Laurel Rambo of Yorba Linda, CA; 6 grandchildren; 2 brothers, Bob and Gloria Aspergren of Schoolcraft, and Denny Aspergren of Kalamazoo; and 2 nieces, Michelle Sremba and Jill Munson. At his request cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation. A Memorial Service will be held 1 p.m. Friday, November 14, 2003 at the Chapel of First Presbyterian Church in Kalamazoo with Rev. David VanArsdale officiating.
